Visiting Mister is one of the highlights of my week. It’s fast, easy and efficient. The free vacuum use is a real bonus too. Jordan and her team at the West St. Paul, MN location always have a smile on their face and are willing to help. A 5-star experience and value.

I had a great experience last Friday at the West Saint Paul location. I was sweeping out my car with the free vacuums, and completely locked myself out of my car with both my keys and phone inside. Thankfully, both Jonathan and Jae were super helpful and did not make me feel stupid at all for locking myself out (somehow after 10 years of driving I had never done that!!) Jonathan let me use his phone to call a locksmith, and continued to provide updates when the locksmith would call. I got to see the carwash closing duties and Jae even offered me a water bottle as I was waiting for the locksmith to arrive. All of the staff there were super nice and made sure I had the help I need. I have always had a great experience at this location. Their team is proof that great customer service in any industry always goes a long way. Thank you all!

I have had a horrible experience at Mister car wash. I went through at the location West St. Paul in Minnesota. I actually went through to start a membership, cause I liked the idea of having unlimited car washes and paying a monthly fee. I don’t like putting my car through a car wash with brushes or rotating brushes which I expressed to the worker. The worker there had told me that it would be touch free and that I would have to ask for touch free every-time. I agreed, and went through the car wash. During the car wash, they had used the brushes on my vehicle. I was upset but didn’t have time to stop and express my concern as I had to go to work. I left and once able to look at my car, noticed that there was scratches all over. I had just bought this car in March so it is very upsetting to see scratches on my vehicle when I was expecting a clean. Not only was there scratches, but marks all over my car which had not been cleaned. They were not answering the phone at the location I had went, so I went in person. I expressed my concern and they basically told me they cannot do anything about it nor refund me. I did cancel my membership tho. I am extremely upset and advise everyone to

Honestly the wash is great and the customer service is great BUT this is the second time I've gone through in my 2011 Honda pilot and their brushes have damaged or destroyed my windshield wipers. First was the front passenger that got ripped off in the wash and I figured it was a fluke. Now this time it was the rear wiper blade was ripped from its "holders" and damaged (which hopefully I can fix) We will not be returning, your wash is just too rough on my car.
